The readers of the most known newspaper of South Tirol have voted the Tirler (with 2240 faces) “the beautifulst mountain hut of the South Tirol 2009”. In the year 2008 the Tirler-Mountain-Hut already came rewarded between the first positions of mountain barns of the region.
A delegation of the region, between which they were present the councilman of the region Thomas Widmann, the vice-editor of the newspaper “Dolomiten” Günther Heidegger, vice-mayor of Castelrotto Martin Fill, the representant of Athesia-Marketing Armin Bregenzer and Lorenz Gluderer of the compartment of the announcements “Dolomiten”, came on the 30 September 2009 to congratulate the victors.
